CSC has been helping the South Auckland community since 1986 by providing free and low cost counselling and crisis support services.
CSC was established to deal specifically with victims of sexual abuse and sexual assault.
Services have evolved over time to meet the needs of the community and support and assistance is now provided to those whose lives are affected by Domestic Violence, Homicide, Relationship Difficulties, Grief, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress.
People accessing CSC’s services are predominantly children, teenagers, families, and women.
Counselling referrals come from the Family Court, local employers, and Agencies such as CYF. Anyone living in South Auckland is welcome to access CSC’s free and low cost services by phone or email.
Crisis referrals come from the Police, Victim Support, and medical professionals.
