We promote and run life-skill programmes for 8 - 12 year olds and teenagers. We teach self responsibility, communication skills, team work, goal setting.
- Discovery is a 7-day residential programme for 14-18 year olds held twice a year in the school holidays. At Discovery our students improve their attitude towards life and feel better about who they are.
- Bridging the Gap is a 2.5 day weekend programme for 8-12 year olds, held regionally throughout the year.
- Both programmes offer parent days where parents are also taught the information their children have learnt, to help integrate the learning at home.

Winning a donation from Sovereign Sunshine will help teenagers to attend the programme, by sponsoring them on the course.
