We are committed to provide support and information to parents/guardians of Infants and children with Gastric Reflux Disease throughout NZ. Actively facilitate community education in New Zealand. GRSNNZ will offer Moral support, coping techniques, provision of up to date information. GRSNNZ purpose is to hand back confidence to parents and guardians and highlight the great work they do at home and give them skills to help cope with Infant Gastric Reflux Disease and the effects it has on their families and lives. We believe that families living with Infant Gastric Reflux have the right to: · Support · Safe up to date Information · Confidentiality · Guidance to access community services · Contact with other parents and staff who understand
Winning a donation from Sovereign will help us achieve:
Due to the economy our funding has dropped and we are struggling to keep going. Our general running costs has been cut to the bare minimum, and we need funding for phone lines, 0800 number, website maintenance, running of coffee groups etc. We are all volunteers so no money will go towards wages. Any money above what we need for running costs could be used to support families in more practical ways e.g. equipment to make life easier with a reflux baby that could be borrowed etc.
