Volunteering Opportunities

Position:

A variety of equine related roles
Description: All you need to come and join your local RDA team is to either like kids, or horses!  Our volunteers help with all sorts of things to help make the riding sessions possible.  Of course there will be stables and saddles to clean, equipment to sort out and horses to groom but there is also full training given for anyone who would like to join the trainers and instructors and help the riders on their horses.  Each horse will typically have one person leading it, plus either one or two side walkers who stay beside the rider and directly assist them as they ride.    Contact us for more info, we would love to have you come and join us.  We train over 300 new volunteers every  year and we’re sure you’ll come away happy and smiling, just like our riders.
