| Description: | Volunteers form the backbone of Youthline’s organisation. People who volunteer for Youthline come from all walks of life and from all over New Zealand. Volunteering is a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends.
People volunteer to work with us for many reasons; because they have a particular interest in working with and helping young people, as part of their professional or career development or because giving to young people provides a true sense of satisfaction. Volunteering can be the most rewarding part of working with Youthline. To volunteer at Youthline you needn’t be an expert in counselling or youth work. We welcome volunteers with a range of skills that we may be able to utilize, whether your talents lie in administration, IT, building or a host of other skills we would love to hear from you!
