The following calendar shows which categories featured each month in 2008. We launched Sovereign Sunshine on 1 May 2008. In 8 months, we donated $119,838.71 to 8 Kiwi kids charities.
Also displayed is the Sovereign Business Unit that selected the six shortlisted charities that month.
In 2008 one donation of up to $15,000 was given each month to the charity with the most votes. The way donations are structured changed in January 2010.
